Our 12 ft. x 16 ft. Sunshed Garden Shed Kit is a perfect choice if you’re looking for an extra shed, a greenhouse, or an escape. The Sunshed Garden Shed gets its name from the multiple functional windows on the roofline that allow natural light to stream in and allow ample ventilation.
The shed offers a whopping 1152 cu. ft of storage, as well the 31 in. wide Dutch Door gives the shed a charming look while providing additional functionality. The shed offers 100 inches of vertical space so there is plenty of breathing room inside. Ten functional aluminum windows with screens and locks offer great ventilation while keeping the bugs out.
The panelized walls feature sustainably sourced Western Red Cedar cladding already attached to the wall framing at our manufacturing facility in Penticton BC. Because the shed is panelized, the walls, windows, door, and roof can be orientated to your preference to best fit your situation.
The 12 ft. x 16 ft. Sunshed Garden Shed includes a convenient 16 in. deep L-shaped workbench to store all of your supplies. One side of the roof utilizes Polygal panels that are translucent allowing only filtered light to pour in. These are great for growing all your vegetables and plants!

Our 5 star rated 10×16 modern pergola kit has an open-air design that can add charm and functionality to any outdoor living space. Constructed from sustainably harvested Western Red Cedar.
Our pergola assembles using only basic tools such as a screw gun, level and wrench. Assembly usually takes between 6-8 hours with 2 people. Post mount footings not included. (we recommend!)

The Muskoka package includes all wooden materials and hardware required to assemble yourself.
Start assembling by laying down the included panelized wooden floor system, then follow our step-by-step interlocking timber instructions. Before you know it, you will be placing the pre-shingled Western Red Cedar Roof Panels or pre-cut Metal Roof sections on your rafters and are ready for lockdown.
The interlocking timber system uses a tongue and groove profile that is tapped together with a rubber mallet (included), no dangerous cutting or expensive tools are required for installation. Timbers are 1 ¾” thick, providing a great amount of strength when interlocked together.
The Cedar Roof panels are pre-shingled and if so chosen, the Galvalume Metal Roof Panels are pre-cut – you will need a tall ladder to position and attach each of the roof panels and secure the roof ridge caps.
Also included are double pained side and upper windows with screens which provide minimal heat loss., while also allowing fresh air to circulate without the worry of bugs!
The interior is neatly trimmed out with tongue and groove spruce ceiling boards. Insulating the roof prior to installing the ceiling boards will make it an even more comfortable living space.
Finish off the interior by laying down the 5/4” thick floor boards on the main and loft floors.
Sturdy loft ladder allows easy access to the large, comfortable 35 sq. ft. sleeping space for two. The ladder can be tucked away to maximize your living space when not in use.
The Porch area has a beautifully designed keyed doorway and two large sidelight windows, as well as beautifully designed curved metal brackets providing a nice architectural touch and look.
